Doing business consists of discussion through delivery of goods or services. The following agreements are deemed to be binding whether or not a physical form has been signed.

Clients are reminded that deposits may be required and that no disputes will be recognised after 14 days of invoice. Accounts not paid promptly are subject to additional account keeping fees.
